A great place to stay...

Liked: The location was perfect. The staff was friendly, The breakfast was good

Nice stay

Liked: Rooms, breakfast, location and staff where AMAZING!
Disliked: The pool wasn't as clean looking as I had hoped.

Awful

Disliked: My recent stay at the Fairfield by Marriott was quite disappointing. I had specifically asked the receptionist for a room away from the elevator, but I was placed right next to it. To make matters worse, the elevator was old and noisy, which made it difficult to relax. On top of that, I don’t think the bed sheets had been changed, as I found hair in them, which was very off-putting. Adding to the frustration, a sports team staying at the hotel was rowdy, knocking on doors late into the night. I barely got any sleep, and the whole experience was far from restful.

Superb

Very comfortable stay!

Liked: Room was very spacious, beds were very comfortable. Loved the coffee station in the lobby and Melissa at the front desk was extremely helpful solving an issue with our reservation. The Staff was very nice and the breakfast was good. My toddler loved the waffles and eggs. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
Disliked: The gym is very tiny and has no weights. The pool needs cleaning. We passed by it and the water did not look clean. Regular Coffee in the lobby was empty two times we tried to get coffee but it was refilled promptly. The carpet in the room could have been cleaner.

Liked: The hotel is located in a business district. There are plenty of restaurants and stores in the vicinity. Check in was a breeze.
Disliked: Pool was closed. Chicken bones were left outside the main entrance for over 24 hours. The front desk staff should be reminded to greet all guests when they enter/exit the property.

Liked: Room was big, walk in shower and wall to wall sink
Disliked: Had a leak on the ceiling, very rude star, breakfast was lacking, bathroom set up with the toilet

I strongly advise against visiting...

Liked: The images on booking.com enticed us to book this property, but our actual experience and expectations were completely at odds. Unfortunately, I found nothing to my liking about this property, making it one of my most disappointing stays.
Disliked: 1. Cleanliness 2.staff was not friendly 3.breakfast-The food did not met expectations. Upon check-in, we were informed that breakfast was available from 7 to 10 am. Arriving at 9 am, we found that everything had been cleared away. When I inquired with a staff member, she dismissively told me that the food was all gone. Many guests, including ourselves, were left without breakfast. The staff proceeded to pack up the remaining food and secure the area without offering any alternatives or checking if we desired something to eat, despite us having children with us. Very disappointed with their attitude.4.swimming pool-Upon both our arrival and departure, the swimming pool and its surrounding area appeared unclean.Bathroom-The bathroom is extremely compact, making it difficult for two people to stand together. Additionally, once inside, it's necessary to squeeze past the door to close it.5. Switch boards-The switchboards are extremely outdated and lack USB ports, making it challenging for us to charge our devices.And the customer service was really poor.
