Liked: The breakfast was great little of something for everyone, and always have enough for everyone even if you got up a bit later as the staff kept replenishing items base on guests at the dining room
Disliked: The bathroom seems a bit crowded and not enough space at times to get ready since the space in the bathroom was very limited but not a deal breaker. Just needed to time everyone's turn at getting ready

Liked: The hotel exceeded our expectations. It was super clean nicely decorated, a good location close to restaurants and easy to get on the roads we wanted to travel on. The breakfast was fantastic, with so many nice choices! The staff was friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Disliked: Filthy conditions in the room. It had barely been cleaned & very apparent that no one had made more than a bare minimum effort to straighten up in a very long time. Dirt and grime and God knows what else was in every corner. There was blood on the bathroom floor, what appeared to be blood on one of the walls near the desk. It appeared that someone had been held captive in that room and had tried desperately to struggle to escape because there were what looked like scratch marks on the walls, bed, and the outside of the door. (was it their blood and did they make it out alive?) The lock was broken and it was obvious that someone had tried to pry it open, and that had not been fixed. We were attending an event and did not get back to the room until late, so we did not have time to go through the whole process of complaining about the condition of the room and switching rooms etc. I did go downstairs at one point to get food and the desk was unattended. When someone finally bothered to come out, she was quite rude and obviously was not going to do anything about the room. We paid way too much money for a room that I barely felt comfortable sleeping in. We left early.

Disliked: There were no USB ports in my room to charge my cell phone overnight. When I took a shower, I could not turn off the water. The constant sounds were like a TV torture scene. I was checking out, and I didn't have the time to call for assistance, so I told the staff when I checked out.I was charged a $1.00 on my credit card, for what? There was no explanation. It made me suspicious of your hotel.
