Liked: Staff was friendly and helpful, it was in like-new condition, super clean, great breakfast options, and we appreciated the convenience of the shuttle.
Disliked: The only thing that was less than exceptional was the noise from the freeway and the wall heater.

Liked: Really liked the 24 hour coffee availability
Disliked: it was a bit noisy as there was a youth basketball group there but that's not the hotels fault.

Beware of added false charges

Liked: Room was nice, clean. Breakfast was hot/fresh. Location was near where we needed to be.
Disliked: First off being incorrectly charged a pet fee. Thankfully I caught it and the staff rep removed. Then, 30 minutes later after I had checked out, I was contacted by said staff rep accusing me of having a pet in our room when we didn't. They said the cleaning staff "supposedly" found dog hair in our room and a signed agreement with the name of an individual that was not even associated with us!! I assured this staff member that they clearly had the wrong room and that the only things left in the room was trash in the bins. They could have easily checked the reservations of individuals near us to confirm that this person was in no way associated with us however they chose to accuse me as part of their "initial investigation". It was one of the most infuriating experiences I've ever had at a hotel. I will NOT be staying here again.
