Refund

Liked: It was convent for us and close to our favorite eating places.
Disliked: We were done from appointment and had prepaid for 3 nights but would have to come back for surgery so we wanted a refund for the third night. So far we haven't heard from Booking. The motel had checked us out for 2 nights. We would like our refund.

Favorite hotel for a splurge...

Liked: Wonderful hotel, very clean and modern, super convenient location, free parking, great hot breakfast. Staff were really kind and accommodating. This became our 'splurge' place to stay when visiting Mayo clinic.
Disliked: For some reason, I could never get the wifi to work. But it wasn't a problem for us because we were mostly just there to sleep.
