Liked: Location
Disliked: Arrived and told no ac in room. They would supply us with a table fan and we could put it near a window. Had no working elevator so being seniors, we chose the first floor. They on,y had one room left . The breakfast left a lot to be desired.Staff says they are closing soon for a full renovation. Wish we knew this in advance. There is several other hotels in that locations for us to choose from. Very disappointed, it was a quick visit to our daughter who lives in Webster.

Glad we stayed here for...

Liked: The cleanliness, the beds, the location and the renovations.
Disliked: The front desk staff was not engaging. We waited quite a long time to check in with no one else checking in or out.

Disliked: the breakfast was horrible and very disappointing after enjoying the nice room

Liked: Size of room, closet. Friendly front desk person.
Disliked: Pillows - all too soft. Wasn't happy about what appeared to be black mold in the shower. Three separate areas where the top of shower and ceiling met.
