Booked the room, no room...

Liked: Location. Helpful front desk staff.
Disliked: Didn’t have a chance to stay here since there was no room available even though I booked it months in advance. No prior notice was given and they informed me about the inability to accommodate me right when I arrived. This is very discouraging and disrespectful. No complaints towards the lady that was trying to help me and relocate us to another hotel. Kudos to her for her help.
