Reception staff couldn't be friendlier...

Disliked: "Do Not Disturb" sign was posted but not respected/acknowledged by housekeeping who knocked on the door.

Liked: Bed was comfortable abd room was clean. The morning front desk person was very nice.
Disliked: The evening front desk person was not a happy person. There was a very large group in the lobby lounging area having a party and you could tell that she wasn't happy. My room had no trash bags in any of the trash cans, the pool was closed, so my grandson could not swim, and I had no hot water in my room. I did tell the woman in the morning, and they did adjust my bill, but still very still did not meet my basic needs of being able to shower.

Disliked: Room was filthy. Ants. No hot water. And it is a DOG HOTEL! I have allergies. The carpets on the first floor. The elevators. Like a haz-mat zone. Our first room smelled like animals. They moved us to a second room. No hot water.
