Awful. We deserve a refund.

Liked: Location
Disliked: Room was filthy. Ants. No hot water. And it is a DOG HOTEL! I have allergies. The carpets on the first floor. The elevators. Like a haz-mat zone. Our first room smelled like animals. They moved us to a second room. No hot water.

Nice and comfortable.

Liked: Location was close to food and kings Dominion park. Accommodated my large party and booked our multiple rooms close together. Bar and eating area were clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Shower curtain that wasn’t long enough to keep water from running on floor. Was a slipping hazard. Only one waffle maker at breakfast that takes 2 1/2 minutes. With a line of 5 people, it’s too long of a wait.
