Superb

Liked: I booked a room with a sofa. The hotel said the reservations weren't set for that. I really needed the sofa. Said it was booking.com fault

Liked: The location and staff were PERFECT!
Disliked: The cleanliness of the beds (old sheets), showers, swimming pool and hot tub. I honestly think it’s just an older facility.

Best stay ever!

Liked: The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. They allowed us to check-in early and checkout late. They recommended a restaurant and drove us there and also drove us to the airport after the last scheduled trip for the day. The breakfast was excellent and the room was in perfect condition and comfortable.
Disliked: Everything was great.

All the essentials

Liked: Location from the airport was convenient. Staff was very helpful. Bed was super comfortable. Lobby and dining area felt homey. Breakfast had great variety, and even though it was a holiday, everything was available.
Disliked: We were disappointed there wasn’t a fan to the bathroom.Coffee could be improved for black coffee drinkers.
