Liked: The attendant at night helped me at some ridiculous time in the middle of the night. I was feeling sick, probably from the smell of the room. He gave me a banana and milk when I asked.Outside of him, there isn't much. My key card worked?
Disliked: The hallway and room smelled like chemicals and mold.The beds are like plywood. I was up all night.The pillows are lumpy and flat at the same time. Impressive. One of them I think was only a pillow case.The TV was smaller than other hotels but the remote didn't work. Had to push the same button repeatedly too get it to work. At one point I gave up and turned it off.The door and counter tops were slimy feeling.The bathtub drain didn't work, so I showered in a tub full of shin deep water.The plunger for using the shower head didn't work well, so the tub filled faster than it should have.The toilet paper couldn't be cheaper.The rate for this clown show was the same as other hotels with better conditions and features. I wouldn't have said anything for $50 a night, but this was $190 room.I tried to check out and get a refund but she just said no lol. She did offer me a different room, but why bother. Half the issues wouldn't have changed.
