Liked: 3 of the 6 staff we encountered were excellent, helpful, and genuinely kind.
Disliked: 3 of the 6 staff we encountered were short (temperament, not height) and made encounters uncomfortable. My son had an accident during a seizure and when we asked for the bed to be cleaned the housekeeper just folded the urine soaked sheets and blanket setting them aside for us to make the bed or request staff to come make it after the bed dried and told us they were fresh linens. We didn't find that they weren't fresh until making the bed as my son was ready to retire for the night

Liked: The staff members were great! They were super accommodating, very nice and helpful. They had fresh baked cookies at check in
Disliked: The hot tub was not functional
