Liked: It was very clean.. Front desk was very friendly. Ice machine worked like a champ.
Disliked: Unable to connect to the internet. Called the front desk for help. No help. The breakfast was not good at all. Fake eggs, no bread for toast. No toiletries such as body lotion, cotton balls, etc in the bathroom.

Liked: I have had experience with Mariott Hotel several times in different states. Everything is fine and the rooms are very clean. Pillows and mattress are very comfortable, it's so important for my back.

I am not staying in...
Liked: Everything was clean, the cleaning ladies were fantastic!
Disliked: Everything was okay, but I feel bad for the staff. They tried to accommodate me when I asked if they could upgrade me to a bigger room or give me an extra bed since we were five people and the room only had two beds. However, the older lady (the supervisor) was not very nice. I could really say like two or three event where she wasn't very nice and I feel like she was annoying by my poor English since English is my second language When I asked for an upgrade, she immediately said no without even checking the system to see if there was a room available. When another staff member tried to help by offering a mattress from the lost and found, the supervisor said no to that too. It seems like the other employees want to be nice and help the customers, but their hands are tied by the supervisor. Another problem was they didn't have enough breakfast, I went to get breakfast at 8:20 and there wasn't much food. I know other people there were mad about that.
