Poor Housekeeping

Disliked: We stayed four nights. The room was to be cleaned every other day. Housekeeping never came through during our stay. Each night we had to go to the front desk to get fresh towels, with the night manager assuring us the room would be cleaned the next day. Never happened. Complained to front desk at time our departure and he was indifferent to our complaint. We've stayed at this location for continuous days every year since it first opened. Each time, we've had housekeeping issues. This time was the worst experience. It WAS the best hotel, in our opinion, in the Princeton WV area when first opened. Not anymore. We'll be checking out other hotels in the area in the future. Why pay more for poor service?
