Liked: Christine, who usually works the evening shift at this facility, was instrumental in recognizing and correcting a typographical error generated by the Marriott reservation computer software. Her attention to this detail was critical to our securing our original reservation. We cannot say enough about the quality of Christine's attention to our rather urgent and dramatic situation at the time of our "check-in". She saved our evening after a 8 hour drive from NY State through the Washington DC rush over. Mayhem was averted, thanks to Christine.
Disliked: Our expectations were satisfied and the sleeping conditions were ideal for this pair of 77 year olds.

Disliked: The curtain was torn, carpet was pulled up by the air conditioner, there was hair on the shower wall in the room , and the breakfast was not good.
