Convenient location for airport and...

Liked: Bus ride to airport for flights and/or train (to city) was convenient. Comfortable bed.
Disliked: Not the best breakfast - cooked items a bit dry/tough. No cooked options for vegetarians. Coffee ran out both mornings and was not routinely checked by staff - but they were pleasant, responsive and thankful when I pointed out it needed replacing. Check in was drawn out because reception had a problem getting the system to accept my updated-expiry-date Amex card (I had reserved the room using the pre-update card). I had to do multiple transactions (including providing my driver's license 3 or 4 times) and eventually was told I'd be called down later to complete the process - then it suddenly worked to the receptionists surprise. We were tired from travel at the time so this was unfortunate.

Liked: Very nice. Airport shuttle was promp. Front desk and shuttle driver, all great customer service.
Disliked: Would have liked a pool for the grandkids.

Liked: Clean; good location near airport w breakfast.
Disliked: Patrons in surrounding rooms were noisy- no insulation between rooms and floor above . Hard to sleep.
