Liked: My room was wonderful, especially the shower as I didn't have to worry about climbing in and out of a bathtub. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of choices. Overall it is a beautiful facility and the staff was courteous. Will definitely stay here when I next visit Pocatello!

Our go-to place to stay...

Liked: The breakfast quality was way above that usually offered at mid-priced hotels. Food selection was great and well-prepared. But the best part of breakfast at the Fairfield Pocatello by far is the team of breakfast ladies, who are always kind and cheerful, and they bend over backward to make you happy. They reflect well on this property and deserve to be recognized.
Disliked: Over 4 visits in the last year, we were told the EV charging would be installed “any time now.” Indeed, the equipment is there and ready to go, but the charging company told us the hotel has to take care of an administrative step. This property will receive top marks as soon as I can charge my EV there.

Liked: Large bathroom. Clean, comfortable, friendly staff.New hotel so everything works. Eg ice machine, elevator. Automatic opening doors to hotel entrance.
Disliked: Limited offerings at breakfast
