A pleasant place

Liked: Friendly staff, very clean, and has many amenities. Great place overall, a very good family option.
Disliked: Complimentary breakfast can be better.

Good

Liked: It was perfect for a one night stop over to Cape Cod.
Disliked: Unfortunately the room we were initially given did not have a working tap in the bathroom, however we were moved straight away.Breakfast wasn't great - a bit messy everywhere and food was not replenished.

Plymouth, Ma stay

Liked: the locationthe manager was most compassionate, and helped with a problem.
Disliked: it was very expensive, especially in Cdn funds. Almost $400 US on Fri and Sat is way TOO mucb. the breakfast was very ordinary, and somewhat scarce after 8 amThe beds were way too soft, and the sofa bed was ancient.

Fair what can I say...

Disliked: Friday evening got back to our. Room and it was not cleaned it just like when we walked out At 10am. Told the front desk and she said she would take care of it, that never happened, for the money we paid you would think the room sheets & towels would have been cleaned, nothing was done, the last time we stared there the same thing happened never heard anything after that. We are going to think about staying at that place again !!!

We had a great stay...

Liked: Great location. Easy to get to and was convenient to lots of other places we wanted to visit in the area.
Disliked: Our first room was very noisy due to some equipment on the roof however they quickly moved us to another room when we informed them of the situation.

Exceptional

Liked: The staff here are so friendly and accommodating and so helpful.
Disliked: The food was not the best
