Liked: Facilities were clean
Disliked: No hot water and I was told the wrong times for breakfast

Liked: Breakfast bar is average. attendant was not paying attention and taking care of refilling items at the busiest time of the morning. coffee and food items were empty while s/he sat on her phone. We chose to eat elsewhere the second day. Room was clean and comfortable and location was convenient.
Disliked: breakfast was average, coffee poor. In room, refrigerator not functioning properly, shower door difficult to open. Front desk attendant uninterested in hearing about these issues and stated "we don't have a maintenance person".

Exceptional

Disliked: Check in was alittle stressful and I had traveled in for a wedding. Their was some confusion about payment of the room I had already paid for. I was questioning why they needed my card and saying it was declined. I was later informed that it was for incidentals and would be removed after my stay which I am familiar with due to stays at previous hotels. Today I checked my statement and it charged me full price for the room again. This has been quite unsettling but I trust they are working on it and will do the right thing. Room was great but check in and out has been quite the process especially coming from out of town.
