Disliked: Check in was alittle stressful and I had traveled in for a wedding. Their was some confusion about payment of the room I had already paid for. I was questioning why they needed my card and saying it was declined. I was later informed that it was for incidentals and would be removed after my stay which I am familiar with due to stays at previous hotels. Today I checked my statement and it charged me full price for the room again. This has been quite unsettling but I trust they are working on it and will do the right thing. Room was great but check in and out has been quite the process especially coming from out of town.

Liked: Location, clean, beds were very comfortable, hot tub and pool area were clean.
Disliked: Breakfast wasn’t great.

Liked: Clean, well run, friendly, efficient.
Disliked: Free breakfast sausage and coffee. Sausage was meh, eggs from a box, and coffee was weak

Terrible experience

Liked: Terrible dirty, not stocked properly on Monday and Tuesday, unkempt, leaking juice machine with wet floors slippery and sticky.
Disliked: Rooms not ready on arrival at 3:00 PM took over an hour to get it ready for check in. Very rude staff responding, you’ll just have to wait, we were slammed and short of staff”!
