Liked: Front desk staff was very attentive and prompt when needing to change rooms due to faulty toilet.
Disliked: Took 3 rooms to find one that was not defective.

Liked: The breakfast server was very good. She kept the food well stocked.
Disliked: The hotel’s floors are filthy. I have no idea why the floors are ever carpeted. I wore slippers in the room and had to wipe the bottoms off before putting them back in my suitcase. The rag I used was black with dirt. Need to install floors that can be scrubbed. Also the baseboards could use a major refurbish, in some places they were crumbling.

Disliked: the shower in my room was very run down and old. It truly caught me off guard. The shower head leaked while water was running and the tub drain was alittle clogged and struggled to drain water at a decent rate.

Run, don't walk to another...

Liked: The room was filthy. My slippers were caked with something. I am trying to get it off. The toilet ran and you had to take the lid off to fix it. The chain was sticking. BTW, that had to be the lowest toilet I have seen in decades. Tough for my husband who had hip surgery this past spring. The tub was worn, missing finish and dirty. The freezer didn't freeze anything. I am sure there's more but you get the picture.Jeanne McFarlane

Disliked: No cleaning of the rooms, TV not working especially when you have kids and one room the phone didn't work. Only could accommodate 1 room switch to a room with a functioning TV. The other room has no TV functioning.
