Liked: Front desk staff was very attentive and prompt when needing to change rooms due to faulty toilet.
Disliked: Took 3 rooms to find one that was not defective.

Over all the hotel was...

Liked: The breakfast server was very good. She kept the food well stocked.
Disliked: The hotel’s floors are filthy. I have no idea why the floors are ever carpeted. I wore slippers in the room and had to wipe the bottoms off before putting them back in my suitcase. The rag I used was black with dirt. Need to install floors that can be scrubbed. Also the baseboards could use a major refurbish, in some places they were crumbling.
