Liked: The staff.
Disliked: The staff works very hard to get food out & to keep the place very clean. It seems like they're caught off-guard on supplies when they have many guests.

Underwhelming

Disliked: Upon arrival wanted a cup of coffee there wasn’t any cream when I asked the guy that worked there I have to interrupt him as he was sitting there watching tv he said they didn’t have any creamer until the morning all he had to do was get a little carton of milk out of the little refrigerator instead he said they were out sad

Liked: The location was excellent, close enough to Pittsburgh by car but outside leading to easier parking and such
Disliked: The pull out sofa bed made the room essentially unnavigable and was a big discomforting factor

Disliked: Cleanliness on first morning of stay.
