Liked: Rooms were really nice. And loved the big screen TV,s.
Disliked: Bed was alittle to hard for my liking.

Liked: This property was spotless clean, comfortable and everyone was so nice. Bathroom was so clean, and the bed was perfect! Breakfast was delicious!

I am not a happy...

Disliked: I paid for a room that had a couch area since I recently had back surgery. After we got in the room we notice in the couch area the television was missing. We reported to the front desk she said she wasn't supposed to to put anyone in that room. She offered to give me another room. I didn't feel like packing my belongings & move to another room. She said she would call me after speaking to the manager but she never called us back. I went to the desk on Saturday morning to see if anything was done. The lady called her supervisor and said she would offer points. I have not had any luck with the rewards program. I asked if there could be another option & she said no, because I booked through a 3rd party. I was upset with the stay. I picked out a king suite so I could sit in the couch area & watch television. The couch area would be better on my back since I recently had back surgery. Paying over 300.00 for one night for hotel. We ate in Pigeon Forge & attended the Dolly Parton Stampede on Friday night. Saturday at noon we had a small wedding ceremony. It wasn't a pleasant experience sitting on the couch in silence. I payed for a room that specified the couch area with a television & that is not what I received. I didn't want to set on the bed to watch television.
