Disliked: My room was not made up on the second day. I informed front desk. She said she was alone, not one other human being to help. I had to go fetch my own toilet paper!Next day, new front desk person (Monica) was rude. Told me that rooms are only made up if you request it in advance. Not true- my family’s rooms were fine. No apology. The business card with the general manager’s name had an invalid email so great job there! I had to do some sleuthing on google to find a complaint number. I called and opened a case. I’m waiting a couple of days before I go online to see if I get credit for my bad night and poor service! Corporate greed strikes again!!!And why the heck do you offer the cheapest possible plastic flatware to go with an otherwise decent breakfast?

Liked: I liked the location. The breakfast choice with oat milk for cereal. The first time I've been able to eat cereal in a hotel, I'm vegan. The pool was nice and hot and clean. The gym everything worked and it was clean.
