The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. All around it was a very nice stay.
Liked: Very clean room. The bed is very comfortable as well. Very bright clean room.
Disliked: Should have breakfast served till at least 10 AM.

Disliked: I would have preferred more selection on fruit. They only had apples available, no bananas, oranges or any other fruit.

It was good except for...
Liked: Location and comfortable
Disliked: There was a group of young hockey players that were very loud and running around halls and banging on doors while we were sleeping. We also didn't get to use the pool bc they were always in it and super loud - my daughter would not feel comfortable swimming with them. The noise was unbearable.

Liked: Convenient location close to highway and walkable to downtown
Disliked: Very close to the hockey center so booked by several teen hockey teams that were loud and created a chaotic breakfast time

Disliked: It’s very basic. Pictures on their website make it look much more luxurious. Breakfast uninspiring. The pool and hot tub hugely over chlorinated which is worrisome because that indicates problems. Carpets were perfumed and was unpleasant to breathe in the room. TV Remote was painfully slow to use

Liked: Everything is New, spaces are large and welcoming
Disliked: Breakfast is so basic and could easily be improved upon, simply by adding real cutlery and healthier options such as wholewheat bread and granola
