Much needed trip

Liked: It was in close proximity to everything. It was calm. I felt safe. Everything was awesome
Disliked: It was superb

It was relieving and eventful.

Liked: The night staff was a life saver. We evacuated from Tampa and had a hotel mix up and the night staff were so helpful in helping us get a room for a couple of nights and even went to the point to try and find availability to extend our stay because she knew we were struggling to find other accommodations.
Disliked: Dead spider in the towels and hair in the pillows.

Liked: I loved the staff especially the male manager! he was very welcoming and easy to reach! I don’t know his name but he deserves a raise.

Liked: The room was good. We did not have any service after our first night there .
Disliked: Breakfast wasn't as good as previous Fairfields we attended. I have a question about the coffee Many people do not like "extra bold coffee. A medium roast is a good choice. Even the coffee in the room was bold. Unpalatable for me and other guests I spoke to.
