Liked: Ambiance. Felt warm on a winter day. Excellent parking. Nice clean bathroom.Staff so welcoming. It was a pleasure to meet them and chat after battling traffic all day.
Disliked: TV reception. Not very good.

It was an amazing stay...

Liked: We loved the space in the room, especially since we have a baby. The crib provided was an actual sturdy crib rather than a playpen, which is usually provided in other hotels.The staff was very thoughtful and lovely. Shoutout to one blond lady, whose name we don't know, unfortunately. I had guests over and we were chilling in the lobby. She kept checking in on us asking if we needed anything. At one point she came with distractions for my baby who started crying. She even came another time and gave us some muffins to enjoy. such lovely spirit she got.
Disliked: The breakfast can be improved. Maybe adding more varieties. For example, pancakes were not available every day.
