Disliked: Foul odor in whole establishment. Also house keeping stole my earrings. Then management acted as if I was wrong for being upset.

Liked: This was our second time staying here. This time was our honeymoon. We like it enough to stay again.
Disliked: No flavored creamer...lol nothing serious.

Liked: Liked the location close to Universal studios and shopping. Like free parking, free breakfast and free shuttle to universal.
Disliked: Would prefer lower rates. Breakfast could be improved.

Very unsatisfied
Liked: I contacted your company a month ago about arriving to your property and after three times of calling they did not reserve my room and I had my two young grandchildren with me so we did not get to sleep until 4:00 a.m. therefore putting us late on arrival to the Universal Studios because we were exhausted. I was assured that management had told your corporate office about this and when considered making an adjustment on my bill as we came back 2 weeks later and still had not heard anything. I used to own a small hotel in Panama City Florida and I would never have spoken to someone three times asking for a reservation assurance and then have them arrive and not have them a room in their name. The man kept telling me that y'all had plenty of rooms and when I got there thank God you had one room left. It was a disability room which was fine but the whole ordeal put a bad taste in my mouth. Even though I returned 2 weeks later because I was assured I would be contacting to make this whole ordeal compensated self. I'm very upset. My children stay in Marriott wherever they go and they travel the world as they are both attorneys. They are also upset as being bonvoy members they cannot understand how this whole thing happened. Something will need to be done before we will stay in another Marriott again as your promises to correct this went undone.
Disliked: The way the man answered the phone three different times and told me not to worry about a reservation number because y'all had plenty of rooms and when I got there you did not have plenty of rooms thank God you only had one room and we were able to get it with two small grandchildren with me and I am disabled.
