Disliked: Not that it is the hotel's fault, but the city water there was gross. I had to go to the store to get some bottle water. Tastes and smells like a swamp.

Liked: nice pool area and tiki bar. prices a little high for drinks though. staff very friendly and helpful. location was great and across from sea world. also the free shuttle to and from was an extra plus! breakfast was very good.

Liked: It was all super clean and comfortable. Staff was nice and breakfast was good.
Disliked: It said parking was included but when we got there I was charged 18USD the night and extra 50 even though I paid in advance, I thought first it was a deposit but money wasn’t returned.

Liked: The staff is great. Friendly, considerate and well informed
Disliked: Coffee at breakfast could have been a better quality but that's about it.
