Staff went above and beyond...

Liked: The staff. Corrected a mistake about the booking site.
Disliked: Booking.com rooms don’t match what you really get as a room.

Everything was new and clean....

Liked: Well cared for facility
Disliked: No bathroom fan, so we left the door open when we showered

Fine, but when the bed...

Liked: Place was clean and well maintained.
Disliked: We and two other groups waited over 20 minutes for someone to show up at the desk to check in. The beds were rock hard.
