The only that might be a negative is I might have been charged twice. I'm stilling waiting on the answer to that before I can give a final review.

Liked: Breakfast was good; shuttle service was good; everybody was pleasant.
Disliked: None.

Very nice room. Clean and excellently kept. Close to the Qwest Center. Very nice breakfast - would stay again.

Air/heater not working properly and...

Liked: Close to the CHI event center
Disliked: The air/heat system was not working right. It had a very loud grinding noise and putting out really cold air even when it was set at 70. Called down to the office and he was going to move us to a different room and that they didn’t have a mechanic on call, but we had too much stuff and it was my Grandsons bedtime and we were waiting for my Daughter and granddaughter to return from the concert. So I asked him how to just shut it off. He told me and it still came on during the night. The mattress on the signed was was flat and hard and you could feel the springs. They charge you to park in our hotel parking lot. I just don’t feel like I should have to pay full price for low quality equipment and flat springing bed. When we arrived the window was open on the 3rd floor and maybe bc they knew it wasn’t working, but with little kids, I could see it as a hazard/safety issue as the screen didn’t fit very good. Not happy….

Exceptional

Liked: The breakfast was good. We went to a concert and it was an easy walk to and from. Great experience here. Would definitely stay again.
Disliked: Everything was great.

Great location, great overall stay.

Liked: Great location when visiting my son at Creighton. About a three minute drive to the school and five minute drive to town. Lots of eating options everywhere. Free breakfast was ok, I’ve experienced better, but can’t complain for a free meal. Services were five stars and everyone was nice and helpful.

Liked: bed was comfortable, location good.
Disliked: Breakfast area wasn't clean, and chairs in breakfast area were badly worn.

Liked: Absolutely nothing.
Disliked: Everything. Food inedible, 10 bucks to park that they blame on the city of Omaha. Omaha city hall disputes this. Hot scalding water even from cold faucet. Teeming with homeless wandering the lots.

Avoid

Liked: Check in staff is very friendly
Disliked: Food was awful, all hot water in room no cold room way to small. 10 bucks to park at a hotel I'm paying to stay in is ridiculous

Superb

Liked: The staff was courteous and the hotel was clean and guest were quiet.
Disliked: It had snowed and the parking area was not cleaned of the snow.
