Liked: We were glad to have access to a microwave and fridge!! I use a microwavable eye mask to treat my dry eye condition, and my husbank uses a special lactose-free cream that we carry with us in a cold bag, so those 2 appliances were "life savers"! We were surprised at how many hotels/motels these days don't include them in their rooms. We booked a Fairfield for the next day just because of that... (we were on a visiting friends/pseudo RR66 trip to the US southwest from Toronto area)

Overall, the stay was okay.

Liked: I liked there was a hot breakfast option. I liked that there was protein available and not just carbs. I liked that the clerk knew my name and was expecting me on my arrival. Check in and check out was fast and easy with no issues.
Disliked: I was sad there was not a hot bread option like waffles or pancakes. One morning there was bacon and it was the softest bacon I have even seen. Almost like it was cooked in a microwave. There was instant Oatmeal available, but no access to a microwave to cook the oatmeal--and the hot water available for the oatmeal was not hot enough for prep. The floor in the gym was slick. The thermostat in the room is loud when it turns on and off. It clicks two times before it goes on and off and will wake you. The trim on the bottom of the exterior door needs to be replaced as it lets in a lot of light from the hall-I used a towel to block out the hall light at night. Sad that the pool was not available.
