Although I love the hotel...

Liked: Quick check in, every efficient young lady at the counter, location well lit and safe location. Two minute walk to three fast food restaurants Cracker Barrel can be driven to in three minutes. Very clean lobby coffee ready and lemon water too.
Disliked: Only drawback at all is Continental breakfast. First nicer hotel I’ve stayed at and told breakfast is a breakfast sandwich , cereal , no eggs and sausage or waffles except on certain days. Limited fruit, no bananas. Covid is over . Although I loved the room my husband expects breakfast not a sandwich to go.

Not the best

Liked: The beds were fairly comfortable, maybe a little hard. Easy accessibility. We had an issue with checking in which the manager resolved. The room did have a chair, great internet, and good TV service.
Disliked: The toilet was almost stopped up. When we reported to the front desk we were told no maintenance man was on duty at night with no offer of a plunger. We asked for extra coffee packet and were given 1. The ac/heat was hard to control. 70° was ac-72° was heat.

Hotel very packed but staff...

Liked: Close to everything, clean, enough parking, pleasant staff.
Disliked: Nothing. The property is very good.

Disliked: Room smelled bad and found hair in the shower

Liked: Staff was friendly and tried to be helpful.
Disliked: Door guard broken...had to change rooms. The charging station in that room didn't work and had to be replaced. Sheets and pillow cases rough on skin. Just a disappointment. Will not go back. Breakfast awful first day and ok later. Sink area very small.
