Comfortable and calming.

Liked: We’ve been coming here the past five or six years to visit with our son and his family. Although remodeling has taken a long time, it looks great! Our comfortable king size bed was in a newly renovated large space and the bathroom was clean and bright and well stocked. So great to see and enjoy the changes! Hats off to the consistently kind staff and Alex especially. It’s always a pleasure staying with you!
Disliked: Nothing. Breakfast now includes cheese omelets, scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage, great choice of cereals and yogurt, fresh fruit. You can make your own waffle. Plenty of teas and coffee.

Disrespectful rude front desk

Liked: The staff were very rude and they're mean to my daughter and it was very disrespectful and we decided not even to stay there after the first two nights. It would be great to get a refund
Disliked: The respect that the staff gave us was no good. The service was bad and my daughter felt scared from the staff.

Worth it. Till next trip

Liked: The people were so friendly, the amenities were great. Location is perfect cause there are literally places walking distance.
Disliked: The uber/lyft drivers had a hard time finding place because of the construction going on they couldn’t make out the hotel. Maybe add more signage.
