Disrespectful rude front desk

Liked: The staff were very rude and they're mean to my daughter and it was very disrespectful and we decided not even to stay there after the first two nights. It would be great to get a refund
Disliked: The respect that the staff gave us was no good. The service was bad and my daughter felt scared from the staff.

Worth it. Till next trip

Liked: The people were so friendly, the amenities were great. Location is perfect cause there are literally places walking distance.
Disliked: The uber/lyft drivers had a hard time finding place because of the construction going on they couldn’t make out the hotel. Maybe add more signage.

Disliked: There was construction inside the location and it was hard to breathe. Being that I havr asthma it was not a great experiance.
