Nice but could be easily...

Liked: The room was comfortable and it was not so far from where we wanted to go. We got a nicer room as we are traveling very often for work, so that is a pretty nice gesture, we thank you for that. And we got our room straight when we arrive it was ready while we were about 1 hour in advance.
Disliked: The fact that they take a big guarantee at the arrival, and the people are pretty cold at the reception desk, they don’t even explain. Also we got locked outside due to a defect on the door. We were coming back with our hot food to eat and sleep, but we had to wait that they fix it, our food got cold. But we can understand, problems happen, they cannot control. But maybe some apologies or at least politeness, saying hello and goodbye would be nice. We got none of that. We didn’t ask for money back, just be polite. The breakfast is free but very bad.
