Disliked: No garbage bags, no cleaning service on the weekend, fruit at breakfast was bruised and no eggs or bacon on Saturday

Very comfortable

Liked: Good, clean and friendly atmosphere. The room was comfortable and very convenient. The breakfast area, clean and the food hot and fresh. Overall the stay was just right for what we wanted, the staff very friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: No true view from the rooms. For where the location of the hotel is. But the hotel itself is great.

Disliked: I had to rooms and was never refunded the incidental charge for either room.

Very Clean Accommodations

Liked: The staff was excellent. I had contact with 3 different guest services representatives and each one made me feel that they would help with whatever I needed.The breakfast was very good and breakfast staff very friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: When we got there we found that the pool was closed and has been for some time. No indication of this on the website.
