Clean comfy room, pool not...

Liked: The room was very nice and clean. The bed was comfy and the two tvs in the suite was a nice surprise. My son thought the pull out sofa was fun (he's 10 lol) everything was well lit and lots of sockets to plug in your chargers or whatever. The shower had a nice adjustable water flow. The pool was heated.
Disliked: The heated pool was nice but the room it was in was freezing and staff didn't seem to be concerned. It was also a bit small and had a green tinge. The website indicated a bathtub in the room but there wasn't one and there are no king suites with a tub so I wish they'd fix that.in their description. Everything else was nice though.

Liked: The front desk was nice
Disliked: No staff at all is available for cleaning for providing stuff. The tub was a clot. No one is available for open. With the sleeping kids. Can't change the room.

Great buffalo/Canada weekend.

Liked: Perfect location to visit the Niagara Falls and go to Canada during the day and come back to the United States at night very safe neighborhood plus Seneca casino across the street breakfast for free every day staff very friendly the room comfortable.
Disliked: Like I mentioned the room was very comfortable and perfect size perfect location but we stayed for 5 nights and they didn’t clean our room during that period we get fresh towels at the front desk but no clean sheets and clean toilet other than that I was good experience.

I loved it!

Liked: I loved the convenience of a smaller more intimate hotel. I was greeted immediately upon arrival; the decor was inviting and warm. Nice variety for breakfast. The beds so cozy and comfortable after a drive. Thank you!!!
