The check in lady started...

Liked: The check in lady I believe her name was Jennifer (originally from Florida) was excellent! She was so friendly and welcoming and a great way to start our stay. Very helpful in every way possible!
Disliked: Breakfast was good, but a little more variety of eggs would have been good. Muffins were great!

Liked: While I was there for a conference, the hotel is near Niagara Falls which is great. Also appreciated the great staff and good breakfast.

Liked: The falities, the confort and the location
Disliked: The staff could have been more helpful by answering simple questions but they all just kept repeating the same: "the guy at the booth will explain you how to get the bus"

Liked: Nice clean rooms. Nice breakfast. Easy walk to the falls and city.
Disliked: Maybe slightly to expensive and also paid parking when there is a free parking across the street from another hotel, it is not reasonable. Back side view from the windows are not good, just residential homes, better take front side rooms if you care about the view.
