Clean comfy room, pool not...

Liked: The room was very nice and clean. The bed was comfy and the two tvs in the suite was a nice surprise. My son thought the pull out sofa was fun (he's 10 lol) everything was well lit and lots of sockets to plug in your chargers or whatever. The shower had a nice adjustable water flow. The pool was heated.
Disliked: The heated pool was nice but the room it was in was freezing and staff didn't seem to be concerned. It was also a bit small and had a green tinge. The website indicated a bathtub in the room but there wasn't one and there are no king suites with a tub so I wish they'd fix that.in their description. Everything else was nice though.

Liked: The front desk was nice
Disliked: No staff at all is available for cleaning for providing stuff. The tub was a clot. No one is available for open. With the sleeping kids. Can't change the room.
