All in all it was...

Liked: Breakfast was great! There was a very good selection. The staff was friendly and very helpful.
Disliked: Our room definitely needs some updating. Holes in the carpet and stains, also carpet stains in hallway.

Great hotel near EWR to...

Liked: Close to airport meet our need to catch the shuttle early in the morning for flight. Stayed 1 night not sure if there’s breakfast. Clean comfy bed and prompt shuttle service. Friendly driver to chat with.
Disliked: The sofa bed was broken, couldn’t open up to set up to sleep as bed so slept on it as sofa instead.

Liked: Honestly I almost cancelled my reservation because of the bad reviews online, but I'm grateful that I pushed through with it because they exceeded my expectations. Staff were all friendly and helpful, and room was very clean and spacious. Overall, it was a very good experience.
Disliked: I was trying to reach out to them through booking.com, but I got no reply. Also, the coffee machine wasn't turning on in my room.
