Good value with some frustrating...

Liked: The room was large and beds are comfortable . Hotel location are excellent and services variety are good. Free parking available. Free acceptable breakfast. Free shuttle service to staten island ferry boat
Disliked: All hotel and room amenities suffers from wear and tear including TV and bathroom and even the phone and lobby sofa has large stains which is a very frustrating thing to see. Hotel shuttle service to ferry boat broke down several times. Last 2 days of our visit there was a complete disruption of WIFI service which even effected the hotel stuff! Staff was not helpful or friendly and management didn't deal with the situation in proper way which resulted of steep roaming cell family bill. Management gave an acceptable compensation when asked later on.

Liked: Breakfast was good. Gentleman serving did an excellent job.
Disliked: Towels and hand towels could have been nicer. They were small and thin.
