Disliked: Noisy AC, beds a bit hard for my liking.

Liked: The location of the hotel is really good , just opposite the Port Authority stop which can easily connect to the 42 th street stop. Within walkable distance to Time square. The breakfast is really good.
Disliked: On the day of arrival it rained really heavily and the taxi could not park in front of the hotel.

Disliked: An incredibly disappointing experience from start to finish. The noise levels were unbearable , I barely slept, as loud voices and commotion from neighbouring rooms echoed through the paper-thin walls and poorly insulated door.After requesting to change rooms in hope of some relief, I was appalled to find the new room hadn't even been cleaned from the previous guest’s stay. Completely unacceptable.As for breakfast, it was frankly shocking. Served on paper plates with plastic cutlery, it felt more like a makeshift canteen than a hotel breakfast. I've seen food banks offer a better quality.This is nowhere near the standard one expects from a Marriott-branded property. Hugely let down.

Disliked: Good value but let's not forget it's near Port Authority so loads of seedy folks.

Liked: The staff was incredible- attentive, kind, and on it!
Disliked: All spaces were tight. They had valet parking but no attendant. Our room was very small and the sink and tub had draining issues- water was backed up and slow to go down.
