Tired- dated but friendly staff

Liked: Was clean and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful
Disliked: It was very dated. The shower was so bad I couldn’t use it to wash my hair and it barely washed ourselves with it. Toilet flush handle was on its last legs. Air con unit in bedroom couldn’t be used over night as it was so loud. Needs total modernisation

Liked: Staff was so nice. From as soon as I walked out the Front Desk I think it was Jonathon he was so nice and helpful. The next day he remembered me and checked in on how my visit was so far. The staff at breakfast was friendly and nice. It was located near the show I was seeing so the location was perfect. I used the gym and it was great. They had everything I needed and I was surprised and all the extras they had there (yoga mats, rollers, bands, various medicine balls and more).
Disliked: Everything was perfect.
