Not safe for solo travelers

Liked: Although the staff was very friendly and got me a new room after the incident, I would not recommend this hotel
Disliked: Someone tried to break into my room. I have no idea how this could happen since they use electronic keys, but it did. As a female solo traveler, I don't expect this to happen in a hotel room. Thankfully, I remembered to set up the door lock mechanism, which stopped this person from getting in, although they tried. It's not safe.

Liked: Very nice people, amazing location, nice view of the Empire state. There was a mixup and no room for us for the first night, so they upgraded us up to the suite. The view was amazing, but furniture old, room was very cold, because windows are old and with a lot of cold february air coming in. Standard room was suprisingly better.
Disliked: Suite is definitely not suite standard.
