Poor

Liked: The staff are very nice. The breakfast was okay. The air conditioning / heating was okay.
Disliked: The 2 queen bed room is too small we can't open our luggage not good for family only single person or couplewould fit.The water pressure in lavatory faucet is very low.

Good location, comfy rooms and...

Liked: Hotel is really excellent location, we traversed around Manhattan and Brooklyn by subway easily. Staff is friendly and helpful, rooms are smallish but comfy with good beds. Cleaning service was excellent and it felt great to come to sorted room each day.
Disliked: Only remark I have is breakfast: its repetitive and for European standard subpar. American food is really on the edge of eatibility.

Disliked: We forgot our Nike shoes in room 215 but no response from Hotel inspite of multiple phone calls

Poor

Disliked: No toothbrush, no slippers, bathroom tiles are very cold. The carpet in the room smells

Liked: Great value, interesting location with amazing service
Disliked: Breakfast room was a little small but a great breakfast when we got a place

Liked: Staff is very friendly and helpful, location is great, rooms are okay.
Disliked: Noisy at night, crowded breakfast area at certain hours during the weekend - but overall very good for the price.
