Liked: Darren at the Front desk always had a big smile on his face and tried to help us out to make our stay more enjoyable whenever he could! Overall the employees of the hotel were extremely friendly and service-oriented, also Tina at the breakfast buffet was amazing with our little kids.
Disliked: The hotel equipment is not the newest and the rooms are quite narrow, but this is standard for a hotel in Midtown.

Lovely hotel, great location, nice...

Liked: Location is great, very easy access to most major landmarks tourists will want to cover, as well as subway stations and bus stops close by. Staff was great, very friendly at reception. Few extras were certainly appreciated, such as the free waterbottles (as many as you need through your stay), all day availability of free coffee, tea and hot water, as well as some delicious cookies at tea time. Breakfast buffet was nice with a great mix of items, but they could change it up a bit from day to day. We stayed 7 days and the only thing that typically changed was the type of sausage. The rooftop terrace is very nice when the weather is good. Microwave is available in lobby. The hotel is on the flower street so everyday the street was lined up with beautiful plants and flowers for sale.
Disliked: Room did seem a bit cramped (room with two double beds) but probably to be expected given the prime manhattan location.

Great for our 1 night...

Liked: Good value for midtown.Approx 10 minute walk to subway. Nestled on a street that had flower markets on the sidewalk. Room was clean, safe, and breakfast/coffee was good.

Liked: Great location, very clean, excellent staff, comfortable bed, great shower…
Disliked: No complaints… Note: If you want a refrigerator in the room, ask for one at reception.

Good hotel and near almost...

Liked: Location. The hotel is well located in the NYC dowtown. It is near subway station (red line) and the greatest part of the city attractions like Madson square garden, train station, Times square, Empire state, Vessel, Radiocity, Rockfeller center, bakeries, markets, etc. Central park is a little bit far from the hotel, but of course one can walk till there. Breakfast is also good. Simple, but good! Staff was very attentive too.
Disliked: Room size and price! Too small and expensive.
