If I had to find a negative, I would say the bathroom sink was small.

Liked: All the staff were great. They were very friendly and were very willing to help on any question we had. Loved the complimentary 24 hour tea and coffee. The complimentary breakfast is a plus. Rooms were clean and the shower was as good as a spa. Beds were comfortable. I really appreciated the car service that was available at a very reasonable price. All in all I would highly recommend this hotel.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this hotel. As a past sales manager of a family owned hotel, I am usually very critical. This hit my mark. Extremely clean. Modern, bright, yet inviting. The rooftop BYOB lounge area was a wonderful place to unwind after a long day, and the breakfast area offered a full range of items for those seeking a low carb breakfast - something most breakfast bars fail to do! Kudos to the pleasant staff and even though we didn't take advantage, the free bike rental would have been great had we had more time!

Other than not feeling too...

Liked: Free parking , close proximity to NYCHowever, many Gypsy cabs coming into parking lot, pausing and exiting with no drop offs. Not a very safe feeling as a guest. Parking lot should only be accessible to vehicles with true purpose.

Liked: "The staff was wonderful and welcoming. The single room was comfortable and excellent, clean, and daily housekeeping service was offered. The bathroom had all necessary toiletries. The room included a small fridge and all important amenities. On departure day, they allowed me to store my luggage until evening and were very helpful (I had a night flight). There's also a nice breakfast.
Disliked: The same room would be cramped and less comfortable for a couple. The location is very close to the train station, but as a tourist, there isn't much to see in the area (within a 30-minute walking distance). For Orthodox Jews, this isn't a convenient area regarding Shabbat. Despite all this, I'm very satisfied and it was a bargain. Great value for money."

The Fairfield Inn was EXCELLENT!Booking.com...

Liked: The Staff was very friendly and efficient!I was and still am VERY UPSET that I have not received a response from Booking.com concerning the cancelation of one room. We had death in the family and were unable to use the second room, which was beyond our control! I contacted Booking.com for a REFUND on the first night, January 31, 2025 and I STILL have had NO RESPONSE!
Disliked: That I needed to cancel one of the two rooms and have not received a response yet.This is not good public relations and it is very unfortunate that NO RESPONSE has been sent yet.I can provide a obituary and funeral program to confirm the death in our family. This is very unfortunate! I will not use Booking.com or Refer Family Members, Friends, Coworkers, Neighbors, or Anyone Else!
