If I had to find a negative, I would say the bathroom sink was small.

Liked: All the staff were great. They were very friendly and were very willing to help on any question we had. Loved the complimentary 24 hour tea and coffee. The complimentary breakfast is a plus. Rooms were clean and the shower was as good as a spa. Beds were comfortable. I really appreciated the car service that was available at a very reasonable price. All in all I would highly recommend this hotel.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this hotel. As a past sales manager of a family owned hotel, I am usually very critical. This hit my mark. Extremely clean. Modern, bright, yet inviting. The rooftop BYOB lounge area was a wonderful place to unwind after a long day, and the breakfast area offered a full range of items for those seeking a low carb breakfast - something most breakfast bars fail to do! Kudos to the pleasant staff and even though we didn't take advantage, the free bike rental would have been great had we had more time!

Superb

Did not like my treatment...

Disliked: They made me pay a $250.00 deposit that I was not informed about until I arrived. By the time I arrived they had taken the fee for the room and then informed me of the deposit. I would've left if I could've gotten my money back. Not happy.

Liked: Initially we expected a comfortable, typical stay. Room was clean and as advertised.
Disliked: There was a violent incident/argument taking place in an adjacent room in the middle of the night. We complained to the front desk, and have so far received a limited response. We will follow up with an official complaint.

Liked: Overall the hotel was nice, clean and the staff was pleasant and helpful.
Disliked: The bathroom was very clean, but a bit too basic as far as amenities. There was no shelf in the shower, As a woman, I use a razor in the shower and bring my own products. I had to put them on the floor of the shower. A hook right outside the shower door where a towel can be hung to use when exiting the shower instead of if havine to walk completely out of the shower while wet could add to comfort and reduce the risk of falls, No refrigerator in the room. We paid $40 to park in the hotel's own parking lot, which was surprising. These things are mostly just improvements, not complaints. As noted above it was very clean and staff was polite. The basic were very good, but a few small weeks could make it an exceptional hotel.

Liked: I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, its accessible, very clean and the room was very comfortable and staff very friendly. The location was a real bonus in that its close to Atlantic center station which means you can do downtown and uptown fairly quickly. Has a great rooftop view! Would highly recommend this hotel and would stay in again.

Liked: The rooms were beautifully designed and incredibly spacious. The hotel has an amazing rooftop and as smoker this addition to the hotel was pretty cool, being that it is freezing cold outside now.
Disliked: I did not like that while I was staying at the hotel, my room key stopped working which took up some of my very limited time to enjoy my stay.
