Disliked: We found the breakfast times a little restrictive, 9am finish a little early!!

Perfect place to stay for...

Liked: The location was perfect, close to everything with easy access to public parking nearby. The room was spacious and well equipped with a great lounge area, good tvs and a huge bathroom. Breakfast also well above what we’ve seen at similar hotels.

Disliked: The air conditioner only goes to 68 degrees which is extremely warm and uncomfortable. The AC also cuts off at night and it was very hot! Very unacceptable for the New Orleans heat abd and humidity!

Disliked: The attitude of the evening front desk cleark when there was an issue with my car and and the valet service. My key was stuck in the ignition while it was sitting in front of the hotel. I gave my keys to Jill at the front desk and then went to my room. About 2hrs later a gentleman came up to.my room who didn't speak English showing me a message on his phone saying my car was dead. And from then on ir was a fiasco. Needless to say the situation was mishandled and I had to spend unnecessary money to get roadside assistance to come out to start my car.
