Liked: Convenient location
Disliked: We booked this room with Booking on 4/23/24. My confirmation says King Bed. We were given 2 double beds. The hotel said they showed these accommodations from Booking.com. They were sold out and my wife and I were disappointed, especially since this was a birthday surprise. I will book directly with the hotel on my next stay and not use your App.

The bathtub was not sloping...

Liked: High ceilings in the room were very nice.
Disliked: The bathtub was not sloping it was level so water would pool and collect and not drain leaving the room smelling like mold/mildew. There were fruit flies everywhere in the room. It was gross. The facility needs improving.

The hotel is nice but...

Liked: The breakfast was good. The staff was nice. The room was very nice and roomy.
Disliked: We expected for our room to be cleaned daily but it wasn't. We were not even given enough towels to use or clean towels on a daily basis unless we asked the front desk for them. We were also not given enough toilet paper or kleenex unless we asked for it at the front desk. We also had to throw out our own garbage daily. The air conditioner in our room definitely needs to be replaced also. It wasn't working very good. We also spent some time on the outside patio by the pool room. The hotel speakers for music did not work very well at all. You could barely hear it at all and they looked extremely old. Also the indoor pool was a greenish color and foggy not blue and clear like it should be so we did not use it
