Exceptional

Liked: It was very clean and the staff were super friendly! There is also a free shuttle from the hotel to Broadway and back!

Would definitely stay there again...

Liked: Close proximity to Broadway and the East use of the shuttle.
Disliked: It was under construction and was loud when we first got there in the afternoon. In addition the elevator smelled awful.

Disliked: 1. It was later in night when we arrived. We stood at front lobby door for at least 5 minutes while staff sat in lobby on phone. That was even while we followed directions and picked up black phone on wall to call the desk. We could hear the phone ringing.2. Ants were all over the appliance for waffle batter.3. Breakfast wasn’t what we thought it would be.
