Short, dirty and disappointing.

Liked: The staff were nice, but not all that helpful.
Disliked: Honestly, I’m so disappointed about our room not being cleaned that it’s hard to say any thing positive. We didn’t notice that it was not clean until we had unpacked. There were beer cans in the trash and the floor was not swept. We told the staff. They said they would clean it and when we got back, there was a dirty towel behind the door. I asked for some sort of compensation when I checked out and they just said they could only tell the manager, who was not available. I am not happy.
