Very clean environment! The only negative issue I experienced was almost a double billing...

Exceptional

My stay was great

Liked: I did not eat breakfast at the hotel
Disliked: I had no issues at all staff was great

Great holiday trip with my...

Liked: Modern, updated room. Great location and the staff were very helpful and attentive.

Disappointing

Liked: What I didn't like - The gentleman that checked me in was not very friendly or helpful even though I told him I had never been to Nashville before. Luckily the person that was working the evening shift was much friendlier. The hot water int he shower was inconsistent. It seemed to be fixed when they told me to test it in the afternoon but the next morning it was inconsistent again- maybe there is not enough hot water in the morning. I think the parking charged is outrageous since it is not a secure garage. Since, I am traveling from Seattle to MD I wanted a secure parking lot and I assumed for that price it would be secure.

Enjoyed every moment of it.

Liked: The breakfast was good and simple. The location from Broadway and Nissan Stadium is at a decent walking distance and so keeping the car in the lot is great way to save money. Having a lounge on the roof was perfect for a night of staying in if some of your group are feeling under the weather.
Disliked: Their mini mart/kiosk is lacking of selections especially with some over the counter medicine I had hoped they’d have in stock.
