Very good

Liked: The price was good compared to the other hotels in the area. The service was nice and friendly.
Disliked: The plumbing was slow draining at the tub and flushing the toilet.

Liked: Breakfast was good, staff was super friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Handicap room didn’t have a shower chair so I couldn’t shower. Asked for extra pillows because I can’t sleep laying down but they were never brought. Hotel could use some updates.

Horrible

Liked: The African American manager
Disliked: All of it… the smell was horrible. It smell mildewy. We had to switch the first room to go to the second room which smelt the same electrical outlets in the bathroom did not work. The plug kept coming out.the temperature in the room was horrible it would not stay the same. My son was in the room next to us and the pool was underneath his window and he could not sleep. The halls smelled like marijuana. The toilet barely flushed. Just a horrible stay.

Pretty good hotel

Liked: Staff are very nice, breakfast is okay. We love the shuttle service to downtown.
Disliked: Rooms need updating, no USB ports, bed not very comfortable.

Disliked: no micowave in our room. a vit spendy for a Wednsday night

Disliked: The bed was not comfortable and we paid for a king size bed. The bed was definitely not king size and shouldn’t be advertised as such. I am not a tall person and I had to squat down to shower. The room did not feel super clean.
