Exceptional

Liked: It was quiet and the staff were very friendly.
Disliked: The key cards had issues.

Disliked: Did not bill correctly and did not have the room reservation I signed up for.

Great location, friendly staff and...

Liked: The location was great and felt safe. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Also, the continental breakfast was good.
Disliked: TV did not work in one of our rooms. That being said the staff responded quickly and tried to fix it but could not, so they moved us to another room with a bigger TV that worked great!

Liked: Staff was nice and accommodating when the room we booked through booking.com didn’t actually exist.
Disliked: Booking.com offered a room that didn’t exist. Booked a king bed with a pull out sofa as my partner and I were traveling with our kids we figured our daughter would want to sleep in bed with us and our son would be on the sofa pull out. When we got to the room it was just a king bed and a chair. Not the room we booked come to find out they do not offer that room as there is none at that site. We were charged for the king size bed but ended up with two double beds. The price was just $10 more for the room we booked than the room we got. Just think if you offer a room it should be available or it shouldn’t be offered at all. Seen as how the room didn’t exist in that location it shouldn’t have been on booking.com. So my issue isn’t with the location that was amazing it was with booking.com.

It was okay and served...

Liked: Location was good with lots of restaurants nearby.
Disliked: For the price we paid, we expected a much more comfortable bed and a better breakfast selection.

Extremely disappointed. Expected Marriott QUALITY...

Liked: Breakfast was minimal - powdered eggs and not fully cooked bisquits (doughy) with sausage. On the plus side, Staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating, and rooms were very clean. A special Thank You to Keyla Logan for her sweet attitude, and special attention in providing extra room services.
Disliked: Rooms were extremely outdated and very tiny. Could not get out of both sides of the beds.. chair, or luggage rack etc. Closet door could not easily, smoothly or quietly be opened or shut! Bathroom door could not close all the way and made a huge noise as it scraped over the door sill! Air conditioning was awful - you either FROZE or FRIED! Not at all comfortable, plus it was Loud. The price of $360/night was OUTRAGEOUS for this LOW level of quality. MARRIOTT comes with certain levels of Quality expectations.
