Superb
Liked: The staff! GM Thigpen has trained her staff Exceptionally well and customer service. Anything that was asked for was done with a smile. From taking time talking with the kiddos to recommendations for outings.
Disliked: The mattresses weren't the most comfortable. Don't forget your wall charger, no usb stations in rooms. Found strange ear ring in floor of room.

Rooms not cleaned properly.
Liked: The carpet has been replaced since June when we traveled.
Disliked: The first room we were given had blood on the sheet. We were given another room that was handicap which we didn't need. We requested 2 queen but was given one king. The comforter in this room was old with yellow discoloration. We have been traveling twice a year and have stayed at this inn. We will not return due to the lack of room cleanliness.

Over All a Nice Stay
Liked: We enjoyed the friendly staff. We were greeted constantly with pleasant hospitalities. The room, halls, elevator, and lobby were very clean. The building entrance was welcoming because it didn’t have trash overflowing the trash can. The environment was calm and had a clean aroma. The location is near fast food restaurants so that was convenient.
Disliked: My husband and I were very disappointed in the breakfast because the breakfast sausage was labeled turkey when actually it was pork, very misleading because we choose Not to eat pork. We over heard the breakfast attendant telling a guest that the label was not changed out. So very disappointed about this.
