Liked: Fantastic views from the room and everywhere else around the hotel. Very clean, comfortable, nice breakfast, great staff, allowed 1pm check in. Great location just a couple of minutes from the Arches park or Moab in the other direction.
Disliked: Shame the main pool was closed but understandable for early November. The hot tubs were however great even in the pouring rain.

Disliked: Very poor signage from road that is high speed so requires some warning before entrance. Heat in room did not work, only cold air no matter what setting selected. Informed staff at front desk but was not repaired.

Liked: The pools and location were good.
Disliked: The sheets were dirty. Called down and got new sheets brought up that evening. Brought this to the front desk attendant’s attention at checkout because honestly none of us slept good after that. She, without even asking for name or room number told me there was nothing she could do because I booked thru third party. This doesn’t sit right with me.
