Disliked: I had to spend more money by ordering a Lyft to the airport to catch my 7am flight on time. The morning shuttle that supposedly runs starting at 430 am never shows up!

Liked: The location, the dining area, the room was nice also.
Disliked: The pool was freezing cold, and it was the main reason we were at the hotel. And the hot tub didn’t work, it blew bubbles but was also cold.

Nice room, good breakfast, room...

Liked: Near the hospital my husband had surgery at. It was a nice breakfast the morning we didn’t leave early. The day of surgery we had to leave before it was available.
Disliked: Our room was not cleaned and when I told the night manager about it, he suggested that maybe I had put out our “do not disturb “ sign. We have always had a freezer section in our previous refrigerators, but this one didn’t have one. We needed to ice my husband’s shoulder after surgery, and couldn’t put the blue ice bags in a freezer. Thankfully I had a cooler and kept getting ice from the ice machine and made do.

Liked: Good location with free shuttle bus to MSP
Disliked: I booked this for my son,18yo, so he could catch his flight on time. But he had problems at checkin because supposedly the hotel policy is "no one can check in [on their own] at less than 21yo".!This got sorted out somehow, for which many thanks! But if it had not my son may have not had accomodation for the night!I consider this "21 policy" should be highlighted on booking.com so as to prevent future confusion and worry.Many Thanks!
