The staff was amazing - very pleasant and very excited with me for my trip which made it a greater experience for myself. Was up for the Prince celebration and everyone was just exceptional to me. Thank you.

Liked: I was double charged for my room- I paid Expedia when I booked but there was no record of it when I checked in so I was required to pay again ( more than the original price). This was very irritating however the next morning I was able to talk to a manager ( the girl the working when we checked in wasn’t able to do anything) and he fixed it immediately with no questions asked.

Liked: Overall, a very good stay. We would stay again if in the area.
Disliked: The beds were not terrible but seem like they are needing replacing- back pain in the morning. Elevator not working well- needs repair.

Liked: Location was close to my work on purpose. Facility was very clean. Breakfast was good. Door card did not work in the morning twice. Help fixed it immediately.
Disliked: I got double billed on my credit card thru booking and the motel. The motel was able to correct it. The booking people were not helpful at all
